Why we run it
The engineering problems automotive and electronics companies face, from software-defined vehicle architecture to finding enough engineers who understand ISO 26262 or UVM, cut across companies. The Conclave puts the people who make those decisions in one room to compare notes.
It also connects to what we do day to day: automotive engineering, engineering staffing and growing early-career talent through the graduate academy.
